Froyo Boysenberry Pops

Stay cool, calm and sweet as with these delicious Boysenberry Fro-yo Pops! Half berries + half yoghurt = full on flavour

Ingredients

  • 1x can whole boysenberries in syrup 425g

  • 2 cups vanilla bean Greek yoghurt

  • 10 popsicle sticks

  • Ice block molds

Method

  1. Place a heaped tablespoon of the boysenberries in the base of each ice block mould.

  2. Dollop the yoghurt on top of the boysenberry, filling all the way to the top .

  3. Place the popsicle sticks into the yoghurt, swirling to marble the boysenberries and yoghurt together.

  4. Place into the freezer for 6-8 hours, or until completely frozen.

  5. Run the mold briefly under hot water before removing the ice blocks.
